Machine wash cold at 30°C with like colors. Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron, or dry clean.

3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2 business days and typically take up to 5 business days in transit.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders can be cancelled until the item has been fulfilled.

5. Can I return my order?

Yes. Vatochi offers a 7-day return window from the date you receive your item, subject to our return conditions.

6. What condition does an item need to be in for a return?

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.
