At Vatochi, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions below.

Returns

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Be in the same condition that you received it
• Have all original tags attached
• Be in its original packaging
• Include your receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

How to Request a Return

Please do not send your purchase back before contacting us and receiving return instructions. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Please contact us at vatochi28@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue so we can review it and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or used
• Items without their original tags
• Items that are damaged after delivery
• Items that are not returned in their original condition or packaging
• Gift cards
• Final-sale items, if applicable

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or product, the fastest option is to return the original item, subject to our return conditions, and place a new order for the item you want.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled until the item has been fulfilled.

Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled through our cancellation process. If you no longer want the item after fulfillment, you may request a return subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.
